An Unexpected Poolside Delight

The outdoor pool surprised us with its relaxing atmosphere. The nearby restaurants were excellent for family dinners after a fun day. The beds were comfortable.

The setting was favourable, very close to the wineries and outlet shopping mall, restaurant and paces and the near suburbs. Moreover, it was 4.4e+02 km from Camping Levesque.

Best possible and favourable location just off restaurants and a fantastic hike in the Catskills that was 30 minutes away, could not be better. Updated & spotless unit with very comfortable pillow top beds, pillow top plus easy pet access to outside. Helpful staff and quick to respond:)))

This one had me thinking.

I found the beds and chairs comfortable, and the location was perfect for Legoland adventures! Nearby restaurants within walking distance were a bonus. Though the breakfast was decent, it lacked fresh fruit. Management could improve, especially in addressing cleanliness concerns, but the outdoor pool was a nice touch. A mixed bag overall!

We always like swimming with our kids when we stay in a hotel. The pool was great and clean, etc.

The hotel was well-located and exceptionally well-maintained. Also, very convenient to the wineries and outlet shopping mall.

As is usual with Hampton Inn, they don't have "vent fans" in the bathrooms--- very steamy post-shower. We hope they change this in their newer properties.

great access to parks and local dining spots for a perfect stay

The nearby Galleria at Crystal Run was a convenient shopping area, and I enjoyed the charming local eateries just a short walk away, made my weekend exploration all the more good. The staff were friendly was nice.

Wifi

The outdoor pool was well-maintained and heated, perfect for family fun. Breakfast options were abundant, including waffles that the kids loved. The overall experience was diminished by the need for room upgrades, especially given the price. The patio area often had guests smoking and drinking, which detracted from the comfort and tranquility.

Staff are very family and helpful. We arrived late on Sunday night and luckily there are still one opening, thanks god!

Nothing

When stopping over on trips from A to B I usually stay in hotels in this price range. Of the many I've stayed in, this was by far one of the best for comfort and cleanliness and proximity to a variety of traveler-type restaurants.

Virtually nothing. I was a bit put off as I drove in by the fact that the Hampton Inn sign on the face of the building was only partially lit - made me wonder iof the property was poorly maintained. Certainly not true on the inside!

Perfect for family trips with kids

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our special needs. The breakfast had a great spread for the price point, almost every family I saw was headed to legoland.

It was a bit pricey, but what isn't these days?

Easy to find hotel, right off highway.

The bathroom was dirty when we checked in. The light didn't work. The wifi didn't work until I called and received a coupon code - should have been told at check in. They didn't have 2 Queen beds as per our reservation, so we had to use a sofa bed. I paid close to $200, not a good value.

Delicious and great breakfast with option, excellent service.
